Position Summary:

The overarching responsibility of the Director of Multiply is to provide opportunities for local churches, businesses, and nonprofit organizations to increase opportunities for missional community engagement in collaborative ways, with a particular emphasis on leveraging CarePortal to accomplish these goals. 

 

Position Responsibilities

• CarePortal

  • Work as part of the Movement West Michigan team to implement CarePortal in the Holland/Zeeland area. 

  • Interface with Movement West Michigan staff and the CarePortal regional team to establish and implement best practices for serving new agency partners.

  • Establish relationships with existing CarePortal partners and recruit additional church partners, with an emphasis on reaching immigrant-serving congregations.

  • Connect regularly with the Movement West Michigan team and the regional CarePortal team for continuous improvement and planning in implementing CarePortal in Holland/Zeeland.

• Movement West Michigan Tools

  • In partnership with the MWM Executive Director, collect, collate, and interpret data on the health and engagement of the local church through the Community Support Survey and other tools.

  • Manage the MWM Church Jobs Board

  • In conjunction with other MWM staff, plan and execute workshops to support MWM networks

• Movement West Michigan Networks

  • With MWM and CarePortal staff, coordinate regional CarePortal gatherings

  • Coordinate regular gatherings of the Missions & Outreach Pastors Network

  • Provide support for the leadership of Asociación de Pastores and Oracion de Pastores networks

  • Coach and develop other new networks aligned with missional engagement as they develop

• Other Duties

  • Regular participation in MWM Staff Meetings

  • Connect with other national organizations that support and strengthen the missional engagement of the body of Christ

  • Other duties as assigned by the MWM Executive Director

 

Requirements

• Strong personal commitment as a follower of Jesus Christ and alignment with the values and mission of Movement West Michigan.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Must live in the greater Holland/Zeeland area

• Proven ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

• Proficient in using technology platforms for communication, collaboration, and project management.

 

Compensation

This position pays $22-27/hour and is 24-30 hours/week.

  • Administrar el tablero electrónico de MWM de oportunidades de trabajo en varias iglesias

  • En conjunto con otro personal de MWM, planificar y ejecutar talleres para apoyar las redes de MWM.

• Redes del Movement West Michigan

  • Con MWM y el personal de CarePortal, coordinar reuniones regionales de CarePortal.

  • Coordinar reuniones regulares de la Red de Pastores de Misiones y Alcance

  • Brindar apoyo al liderazgo de las redes Asociación de Pastores y Oración de Pastores

  • Entrenar y desarrollar otras redes nuevas alineadas con el compromiso misional a medida que se desarrollen.

• Otros deberes

  • Participar regularmente en las reuniones del personal del MWM

  • Conectar con otras organizaciones nacionales que apoyan y fortalecen el compromiso misional del cuerpo de Cristo.

  • Otras tareas que le asigne el Director Ejecutivo de MWM

 

Requisitos

• Fuerte compromiso personal como seguidor de Jesucristo y alineación con los valores y la misión del Movement West Michigan.

• Bilingüe en español e inglés

• Debe vivir en el área metropolitana de Holanda/Zelanda

• Capacidad comprobada para establecer y mantener relaciones de trabajo colaborativas.

• Habilidades excepcionales de organización y administración de tiempo, con capacidad para priorizar tareas y cumplir con los plazos de forma eficaz.

• Automotivado y proactivo, y que cuenta con la capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente y tomar la iniciativa.

• Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación

• Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad demostradas para trabajar en un entorno dinámico con prioridades cambiantes.

• Competente en el uso de plataformas tecnológicas para la comunicación, colaboración y gestión de proyectos.

 

Compensación

Este puesto paga entre $22 y $27 por hora y trabaja entre 24 y 30 horas por semana.
