Available Position: Collaborative Network Administrator

Role Summary:

The Collaborative Network Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support of relational networks that work to foster unity among Christian leaders in West Michigan. .  

 

Responsibilities

Network Coordination Support

  • Provide logistical and hospitality support for Movement West Michigan networks

  • Stay abreast of best practices for network gatherings and implement accordingly

  • Research, evaluate, and identify tools, technologies, and resources that can enhance the effectiveness and impact of Movement West Michigan networks

  • Collaborate with the MWM staff team to assess the needs of the networks and determine the appropriate tools and resources to meet those needs

  • Track attendance and feedback of network meetings

  • Proactively encourage the continued growth and development of network breadth and depth

  • In conjunction with the MWM staff team, support opportunities for collaborative tools and projects arising from existing networks

 

Communications and Administration

  • Maintain the MWM “Master Church List” for target communities and maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information

  • Through social media, newsletters, church bulletins, and other means, stay aware of existing community-focused ministries and facilitate connections as appropriate

  • With support from MWM staff, create and send out monthly “Celebrate Collaboration” Newsletter and MWM Prayer Guide

  • Implement MWM Social Media plan

  • Keep MWM website up-to-date, including the Church Jobs Board

 

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Scheduled attendance at MWM staff team meetings

  • Collaborate with other MWM staff team members to ensure alignment and integration of network activities with overall organizational goals. 

  • Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director 

 

Requirements

  • Strong personal commitment as a follower of Jesus Christ and alignment with the values and mission of Movement West Michigan.

  • Must live in the greater Holland/Zeeland area

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

  • Proficient in using technology for communication, collaboration, and project management.

 

Compensation

This position pays $18-$22/hour for 10-15 hours per week.
