Director of Music (P/T - 7-10 hours/week)
The Director of Music will be responsible for serving the overall vision for worship at All Saints by executing the musical elements of the weekly Sunday eucharist and other services as needed. Within the overall vision, it is important to note that the music director is not a “worship leader,” as that role falls to the Rector and the clergy alone. Their role is to prayerfully realize that vision musically with excellence and faithfulness, and to exemplify a posture of humility, reverence, and prayerfulness in worship.

Primary responsibilities of the Worship Coordinator position are to work with the Pastor to develop Spirit-filled worship that helps fulfill our Mission Statement and grows the worship experience at MRC. Duties and Responsibilities: • Identifies and trains gifted individuals and encourages them as they become involved in worship ministry. • Attend staff meetings and worship planning sessions as required. • Oversee scheduling of volunteers for worship to support sound, projection and camera technician, and other needs. • Coordinate with Pastor to create and lead well-planned and engaging music that fits the scriptural theme for Sunday worship. Director of Collaborative Faith Formations
The overarching responsibility of the Director of Collaborative Faith Formation Programs is to oversee collaborative projects related to GrowthRings at Church and Home. This individual will work closely with the Executive Director to develop learning communities that explore key questions related to the faith formation of children. This role will support and develop systems, structures, and teams, and will oversee the business administration of facilities, finance, human resources, and staff support. The Family Advocate position is unique in the description since one will be working with the teen in a one-on-one setting at the school and also working with the family as a whole. The family advocate is a paid position. Hours are flexible, individual must be self-motivated and organized.
