The Director of Student Ministries provides leadership in planning and implementing ministry engagements for ages 18 and under in order to create and nurture an environment in which spiritual formation and leader/peer fellowship are cultivated. Faith Church seeks to be inclusive of the wide range of diversity and backgrounds represented in our congregation as well as in the community around us. Fearless Leadership Resident - FT
The Fearless Leadership Residency is designed to bridge Ministry Leaders from their education into a fulltime ministry careers, and to prepare current and potential Pastors to lead new church plants. Our Pastors and Ministry Directors are excited to help you gain the skills, experience and connections you need to bring the hope and restoration of Jesus into our world through your career in church or non-profit leadership. Leadership Residents function similarly to full-time staff that focus on an area of ministry leadership or church planting for a period of one to three years. Over three years, the resident learns to lead others and teams, to lead programs and ministries, and ultimately to lead whole organizations. Our goal at the end of your residency is to… 1) Help you find a fulltime position within our churches, 2) Support your dream of planting a new church, or 3) Help you find your next step in ministry through our connections and recommendations.

House Parents - FT

Grant Me Hope, a Holland, MI based 501©3, is hiring House Parents for each of our 3 West MI homes which house aged-out foster children who were never adopted and had nowhere to go. Many of these young people have experienced a host of hardships including the effects of complex trauma, abandonment, and attachment, issues. While House Parents do not replace a child’s biological parent, nor are they a foster or potential adoptive parent, they are often the first or only example of stability and security for the children in their care.

Director of Children's Ministries - FT
The Director of Children’s Ministries is responsible for leading, overseeing, and developing a discipleship ministry for children: birth through 5th grade. The emphasis of all children’s ministry is to lead children into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ by equipping them to follow Him through a child’s level understanding of Providence’s mission to be a “community committed to making more and better disciples.”
Director of High School Ministries - FT
Provides spiritual and structural leadership to high school students at Providence Church and a connecting point for young adults post high school. Equips volunteers and staff to be able to empower students to live as followers of Jesus Christ who make more and better disciples
Elementary Coordinator - PT (16 hours/week)
Provide opportunities preschool-4th graders to be engaged in spiritual learning and growth and plan/implement large/small group experiences. Assist in promoting the family ministry mission/vision and empowering families to be the primary spiritual influence in their homes.
Lead Pastor - FT
The Lead Pastor serves the church by providing spiritual leadership, impactful teaching and is committed to knowing and connecting with the people of the church and larger community. The Lead Pastor has a passion for evangelism and challenges others to be disciple makers. The person works collaboratively to align strategies and ministries to accomplish the church mission and vision. The Lead Pastor is responsible to the church to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to teach the Biblical revelation, effectively communicate the church’s vision and fervently pray for the church and its mission.
Student Ministries Coordinator - FT
SM Coordinator (SMC) will teach, plan and create environments for students to connect with their peers, grow in their relationship with Jesus, fearlessly making him known and support parents as the main spiritual influencers in their students’ lives and invest in ministry leaders/volunteers. Student Ministry Coordinator will focus primarily on Tribe (5-8th).
Technical Director - FT
The Technical Director (TD) is responsible for the development and implementation of all the audio, visual, lighting, and streaming activities throughout the facility and online. The TD will develop, lead, and empower both the staff and volunteer technical teams in all aspects of the Weekend Gatherings, productions, events, and other weekly gatherings - in the spirit of Fearless’ mission and vision.
Coordinator for Children and Youth Ministry - PT (25-30 hours/week)
The part-time Coordinator for Children and Youth Ministry (25-30 hours a week) will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the faith formation of children and youth birth through high school. From coordinating programs to building relationships with children, youth, and volunteers, the Coordinator for Children and Youth Ministry will collaborate with members of the congregation and the pastors/staff to provide opportunities for growth and development in the faith of the younger generation of Second Church.
Lead Pastor - FT
The purpose of the Lead Pastor is to be a Living Example and effective leader for the congregation of Trinity Reformed Church (TRC) as they seek to fulfill Trinity’s God-given mission and vision. This will be accomplished through the primary behaviors of Leading/Oversight, Passionate Preaching/Teaching, and Pastoral Care/Counseling.
Director of Worship Life - PT (20 hours/week)
The Director of Worship Life will help Trinity Reformed Church enter into the presence of God by being the primary leader of our instrumentalists, vocalists and sound techs as we gather for worship. The Director of Worship Life serves as a member of the Trinity staff and is responsible to and working in coordination with the Lead Pastor for the following: - Oversight and management of the gathered worship, its systems, volunteers. - Recruiting, equipping and leading volunteers for gathered worship, whether at Trinity Reformed Church, on Facebook, through our radio broadcast or on the internet. - Other duties as assigned.
Campus Life (M) Ministry Site Director - FT
The Campus Life Ministry Site Director is a position that requires spiritual and organizational leadership skills, the ability to work with and through other people, and strong communication skills. S/he must embrace and build a team that embodies YFC’s Cultural Attributes: Christ-centered, enduring humility, relentless trust, courageous faithfulness, joyful camaraderie, and kingdom inspired diversity. S/he will seek to implement relational ministry actions to develop Authentic Christ-Sharing Relationships with young people within the context of their YFC ministry model.
