Live In Home Supervisor
The Home Supervisor provides live-in, full-time care for six individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in a Christian home environment that encourages optimal personal growth and independence. The Supervisor oversees all aspects of the home including daily activities, meals, personal hygiene, medications, transportation, resident participation in household chores, and the scheduling of Relief Staff.
Activities Coordinator
The Activities Coordinator (AC) for Brothers & Sisters Homes (BSH) will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of the daytime activity opportunities for the men and women of BSH. All activities should be guided by the Vision of BSH which states: [We] aim to cultivate a distinctly supportive Christian environment where residents can thrive and grow as individuals while establishing meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with housemates, neighbors, and the broader community. Intern-Celebrate Recovery
The Celebrate Recovery Intern will support the ministry primarily on Monday afternoons/evenings. This will include a number of different responsibilities - support at the Landing, Celebration place, open share groups. Help with the meal ministry, one on one meetings. Additionally, he or she will help with our weekly bible studies in a local halfway home and with jail ministry at the Ottawa County jail.
Special Needs Coordinator
Greet and welcome all new guests who have a family member with special needs/disabilities. Do a short interview about their child in order to receive their child for the day. Make arrangements to connect during the next week to get more detailed information on how to work with their child.
Piano/Keyboard
Northside Church in Holland, Michigan is seeking a qualified Part-Time Piano/Keyboard Accompanist to support the music ministry of the church. The accompanist will work closely with the Lead Pastor and other musicians to accompany congregational singing. This role requires a weekly commitment of 12–15 hours, including service, rehearsal, and individual preparation.

Childcare Assistant
Part-time/Full-time (3 positions). The Assistant supports the Lead Teacher to care for, teach, and minister to the children who are living at the Center. Caring for children from a diverse background including trauma, poverty, and homelessness requires both compassion and understanding.
Guest Advocate
Part-time (16 hours/week). The Guest Advocate meets with guests to give guidance to help set goals to resolve their homelessness.
Residential Supervisor-Women/Men
Full-time/Part-time (2nd shift). The Residential Supervisor offers care, the love of Christ, and a safe, welcoming environment to residential guests at Gateway Women’s Center.

Director of Development

Lead Pastor of Teaching
The Lead Pastor of Teaching, along with the council, supports the spiritual welfare, growth, and life of Haven. The Pastor of Teaching is the Lead Pastor and serves as the primary teacher and provides pastoral care to members and advice to council.
Director of Worship - (Bi-lingual)
The Worship Leader is a part-time (1 yr. contract) position tasked with planning, preparing for, and leading a weekly modern bi-lingual worship service that connects with the congregation, promotes authentic worship, and proclaims the uncompromised message of the Gospel.
Mentors/Guides
Mentors are the lifeblood of the ministry. They are the “on the ground troops” discipling the students. As such, they must be people of absolute integrity committed to the cause of seeing the lost come to Christ and leading students to become honorable citizens in society. Our Mentors are required to spend 2-4 hours, each week with their students; discipling no more than 6 students maximum. Some Mentors may choose to mentor 1 student and others have time to mentor multiple students. It is estimated that a Mentor will spend an additional hour each week, per student, in travel and reporting. Included in this reporting time will be a weekly meeting with a MentorMe of West Michigan Guide to receive encouragement, support, and prayer. For their work, Mentors will be paid $22.50 per hour as compensation for their mentoring. Mentors will also receive a stipend of $10 per student, each week for auto and entertainment expenses used in conjunction with the ministry. An additional stipend of $100/month will be provided for health insurance to mentors discipling 4-5 students and an additional $200/month for those discipling 6 students. Since it is a scriptural truth that we pour out of our hearts what we put into them, Mentors are required to spend a minimum of 5 hours per week in spiritual development. This time should include personal and corporate devotional time, including being an active part of a church fellowship as well as attending at least 2 other weekly group meetings that focus on strengthening our walk with Christ.

My House Ministry (MHM) seeks a dynamic Executive Director to stabilize and strengthen our established ministry. The director will reinforce programs, finances, and operations to ensure long-term sustainability. We seek a collaborative leader who can strategically organize the ministry, build and empower staff for efficient effective operations. This individual will foster a culture of trust and teamwork with staff and the board while serving as a transparent, mission-driven representative of the organization. Program Manager
This position provides management and oversight to the My House Ministry program, Life Skills Coordinators and residents, builds, and maintains relationships within the community, works one-on-one with resident as needed, and manages the intake process for new residents from first inquary to move-in.
Life Skills Coordinator
Our Life Skills Coordinator position is full-time, up to and not to exceed 40 hours per week, providing various life skills support and makes connections to support services in our community, for assigned MHM residents.

The Healthcare Professional is responsible to provide excellent client care and medical services. In addition, assist with volunteer management, promote client activity, display a positive presence in the community, and foster community relationships.
Executive Director
The Executive Director provides spiritual leadership direction and vision for Positive Options (PO), establishing and overseeing finances, human resources, planning and business administration, development, and the implementation of necessary programs and services to meet PO’s mission statement. The Executive Director also represents PO to the community, and works with the Board of Directors in the areas of governance, strategic planning, financial accountability and protection of the organization.
Family Advocate - PT/FT
The Family Advocate position is unique in the description since one will be working with the teen in a one-on-one setting at the school and also working with the family as a whole. The family advocate is a paid position. Hours are flexible, individual must be self-motivated and organized. The goal of the Family Advocate is to further the mission of Remembrance Ranch by providing quality mentoring, mental health care, and support to youth campers and their families in the months after their summer camp experience; seek opportunities for significant spiritual impact and growth for teens and their families; to partner with program staff in leadership and supervision to help devise effective solutions for any issues families may be experiencing; to welcome teens and their families each year and empower them as members of the Remembrance Ranch Family; to assist with any behavior support issues and to interact with other families within our philosophy of intentional programming. Qualifications: • Strong, maturing faith in and relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior • Passion for the Remembrance Ranch mission of being a ministry through which God is transforming lives into the image of Christ • Must have a teachable attitude and a willingness to learn • Must hold a current and valid driver’s license • Must pass MSP ICHAT background check • Must pass the Central Registry for Abuse and Neglect search • Must be at least 21 years old • A minimum or Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Social Work or Psychology preferred • Possess basic computer skills • Have good communication skills • A desire to work with teens and families Essential functions: • Be able to identify emergency situations, as they may arise in a home. • Possess the flexibility in schedule to reschedule and connect with families and teens during their respective months • Adhere to documentation procedures • Family Advocate is deemed a mandated reporter • Possess the ability to assist in removing any obstacles from a teen's pathway to success as defined by the family’s goal plan. • If attending camp: Be able to demonstrate or participate in camp activities as they supervise and instruct campers: this will require the ability to walk, sit, climb, kneel, crouch, stoop, and stand. quality of all client services and helping to bring awareness through community relations and fundraising. The Family Services Manager will work in the community to promote the education programming offered at Positive Options as well as gather community resources available to clients. The Family Services Manager will work alongside churches, especially Spanish-speaking churches, to promote interaction with our clients. Custodian
The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the church property. This is to be done on a consistent schedule for daily, monthly, and annual tasks. The Custodian is responsible for setting up and taking down furniture according to building use throughout the week.
