Primary responsibilities of the Worship Coordinator position are to work with the Pastor to develop Spirit-filled worship that helps fulfill our Mission Statement and grows the worship experience at MRC. Duties and Responsibilities: • Identifies and trains gifted individuals and encourages them as they become involved in worship ministry. • Attend staff meetings and worship planning sessions as required. • Oversee scheduling of volunteers for worship to support sound, projection and camera technician, and other needs. • Coordinate with Pastor to create and lead well-planned and engaging music that fits the scriptural theme for Sunday worship.
