Director of Operations
The Director of Operations oversees and manages all non-clergy personnel and volunteers, as well as the administrative and financial strategy, policies, and processes of the church. The Director of Operations also stewards church property, communications, risk management, annual reporting and compliance, and for external contracts and partnerships.

Pastor of Adult Discipleship

Director of Worship - (Bi-lingual)

Outdoor Custodian
The Outdoor Custodian will be proactive and possess the ability to keep grounds functionally and aesthetically sound. The Outdoor Custodian will keep up the church property. in order to provide a hospitable place for God’s family to meet.
Indoor Custodian
The MRC Indoor Custodian is responsible for cleanliness, preparation, maintenance and protection of the building and contents. A. Will ensure that the daily and weekly care of the interior of the building is accomplished. B. Will ensure that our worship and ministry spaces are properly clean, set-up and ready to go at the proper times. C. Maintain/monitor all mechanical equipment and keep appropriate logs of maintenance and service. D. Anticipate and communicate needs to the the Deacons team such as: equipment, repairs and future projects that this person feels need to be done. E. When a repair is needed, will ensure that it gets done in appropriate time frame. F. Will, with the help of the church office manager, maintain a list of church property that can be borrowed and leave the premises. G. Will, with the help of the church office manager, maintain a calendar in coordinating the use of the building and communicating with the appropriate people concerning expectations and needs. H. Attend weekly staff and monthly deacons team meetings. I. Will ensure that work and duties of Indoor Custodian are coordinated with the Outdoor Custodian.
Mentors/Guides
Mentors are the lifeblood of the ministry. They are the “on the ground troops” discipling the students. As such, they must be people of absolute integrity committed to the cause of seeing the lost come to Christ and leading students to become honorable citizens in society. Our Mentors are required to spend 2-4 hours, each week with their students; discipling no more than 6 students maximum. Some Mentors may choose to mentor 1 student and others have time to mentor multiple students. It is estimated that a Mentor will spend an additional hour each week, per student, in travel and reporting. Included in this reporting time will be a weekly meeting with a MentorMe of West Michigan Guide to receive encouragement, support, and prayer. For their work, Mentors will be paid $22.50 per hour as compensation for their mentoring. Mentors will also receive a stipend of $10 per student, each week for auto and entertainment expenses used in conjunction with the ministry. An additional stipend of $100/month will be provided for health insurance to mentors discipling 4-5 students and an additional $200/month for those discipling 6 students. Since it is a scriptural truth that we pour out of our hearts what we put into them, Mentors are required to spend a minimum of 5 hours per week in spiritual development. This time should include personal and corporate devotional time, including being an active part of a church fellowship as well as attending at least 2 other weekly group meetings that focus on strengthening our walk with Christ.
Life Skills Coordinator
Our Life Skills Coordinator position is flexible part-time, 15-17 hours per week, providing life skills support to 4 residents at a time.
Full Time Pastor
The Pastor’s primary responsibilities will be church leadership, preaching, pastoral care, faith formation, and discipleship. He must be an ordained minister in the Christian Reformed Church or willing to become ordained in the CRC.
Companionship Coordinator

Director of Operations
This role serves in support of the Lead Pastor in the administration and oversight of the operational functions of the church consistent with the vision and values of the Church. This role will support and develop systems, structures, and teams, and will oversee the business administration of facilities, finance, human resources, and staff support. Responsible for effective communication between the Admin Team and the staff and leadership of the church. Responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of church properties and leading the execution of capital projects.
Family Advocate - PT/FT
The Family Advocate position is unique in the description since one will be working with the teen in a one-on-one setting at the school and also working with the family as a whole. The family advocate is a paid position. Hours are flexible, individual must be self-motivated and organized. The goal of the Family Advocate is to further the mission of Remembrance Ranch by providing quality mentoring, mental health care, and support to youth campers and their families in the months after their summer camp experience; seek opportunities for significant spiritual impact and growth for teens and their families; to partner with program staff in leadership and supervision to help devise effective solutions for any issues families may be experiencing; to welcome teens and their families each year and empower them as members of the Remembrance Ranch Family; to assist with any behavior support issues and to interact with other families within our philosophy of intentional programming. Day Camp Employees work with the Program Ministries Coordinator to develop and implement a summer day camp program consistent with the needs and interests of the community.
Custodian
The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the church property. This is to be done on a consistent schedule for daily, monthly, and annual tasks. The Custodian is responsible for setting up and taking down furniture according to building use throughout the week.
Director of Worship Life - PT (20 hours/week)
The Director of Worship Life will help Trinity Reformed Church enter into the presence of God by being the primary leader of our instrumentalists, vocalists and sound techs as we gather for worship. The Director of Worship Life serves as a member of the Trinity staff and is responsible to and working in coordination with the Lead Pastor for the following: - Oversight and management of the gathered worship, its systems, volunteers. - Recruiting, equipping and leading volunteers for gathered worship, whether at Trinity Reformed Church, on Facebook, through our radio broadcast or on the internet. - Other duties as assigned.

The Worship Director is responsible–under the direction of and in conjunction with the Lead Pastor–for the planning and leading of the corporate worship gatherings of Vriesland Church with a particular focus on the liturgical and musical aspects of worship.
