The primary goal of this position is to achieve: efficient and smooth church operations; resourced ministry leaders; systems and processes that help everyone focus on making disciples.
Facilities Director
The Facilities Director, supported by and reporting to the Lead Pastor, is entrusted to steward the building, grounds, and physical assets of Community Church that creates a ministry and community center for the purpose of making disciples who share the life-changing love of Jesus with their neighbors. The primary goal of this position is to achieve: a financially efficient maintenance and asset management plan; a team of volunteers and contractors who use their skills to create a safe and beautiful campus; ensure that the facilities and assets of the church are available at all times to create a community center where people have life-changing encounters.
Children's Ministry Coordinator - PT
This job provides opportunities for birth-4th graders to be engaged in spiritual learning and growth and plan/implement large/small group experiences. Director of Lakeshore Housing Alliance - FT
The Director of the Lakeshore Housing Alliance is responsible for the Continuum of Care (CoC) for Ottawa County which is a planning and coordinating body promoting the ending of homelessness. The CoC Coordinator facilitates the community initiative and prepares state and federal grant proposals. This position also provides oversight and guidance for the day-to-day operations of the Ottawa County implementation of the Homeless Management Information System which consists of HMIS planning, on-going training and technical support for agency administrators and end users.

House Parents - FT

Grant Me Hope, a Holland, MI based 501©3, is hiring House Parents for each of our 3 West MI homes which house aged-out foster children who were never adopted and had nowhere to go. Many of these young people have experienced a host of hardships including the effects of complex trauma, abandonment, and attachment, issues. While House Parents do not replace a child’s biological parent, nor are they a foster or potential adoptive parent, they are often the first or only example of stability and security for the children in their care.
Technical Arts Coordinator - PT

Worship Coordinator Maplewood Reformed Church Holland, Michigan www.maplewoodrca.org www.youtube.com/@maplewoodrca/streams Mission Statement: “Inviting Disconnected People to belong to Christ and each other.” Reporting to the Pastor, this is a part-time position estimated at about 10 hours per week with an hourly pay rate commensurate with experience. Hours are semi-flexible to align with practice times, staff collaboration, meetings, and administrative preparation. Primary responsibilities of the Worship Coordinator position are to work with the Pastor to develop Spirit-filled worship that helps fulfill our Mission Statement and grows the worship experience at MRC. Duties and Responsibilities: • Identifies and trains gifted individuals and encourages them as they become involved in worship ministry. • Attend staff meetings and worship planning sessions as required. • Oversee scheduling of volunteers for worship to support sound, projection and camera technician, and other needs. • Coordinate with Pastor to create and lead well-planned and engaging music that fits the scriptural theme for Sunday worship. This includes leading and overseeing the music/praise team (which we do not have now). • Prepare PowerPoint slides and/or bulletins for Sunday worship service each week. • Arrange for decoration of the worship center for seasonal themes and special emphasis. • Lead practice(s) during the week and on Sunday morning before the service as appropriate. • Organize printed and digital resources so volunteers have what they need to serve. Character and Skills: • The Worship Coordinator will have a vital relationship with Jesus Christ and be an active participant in the life and ministry of MRC. • Will have an appreciation for the variety of music styles and their appropriate use and placement in worship. • A willingness and excitement to develop and build the new Worship Coordinator role in our ministry at MRC. • The Worship Coordinator should possess good organizational, leadership, communication, and people skills. • The Worship Coordinator should be a musician, creative and capable of developing a Worship Team who assist in leading worship. • Have knowledge of sound and video equipment, along with digital platforms for projection of worship elements on the big screen in the sanctuary. • Personal or professional experience in music leadership, accompaniment, and performance preferred. • Ability to delegate effectively and to provide an appropriate level of accountability for those to whom various matters are delegated. • Respect other staff members and volunteers by promoting accountability, honesty, integrity, and trust. • Empower volunteers to use their gifts of music or other art to advance the gospel through worship. Family Services Manager - FT
The Family Services Manager will provide assistance to the Holland Center Director in the oversight, training, and care of volunteers while helping to ensure the quality of all client services and helping to bring awareness through community relations and fundraising. The Family Services Manager will work in the community to promote the education programming offered at Positive Options as well as gather community resources available to clients. The Family Services Manager will work alongside churches, especially Spanish-speaking churches, to promote interaction with our clients.
Family Advocate - PT/FT
The Family Advocate position is unique in the description since one will be working with the teen in a one-on-one setting at the school and also working with the family as a whole. The family advocate is a paid position. Hours are flexible, individual must be self-motivated and organized.
