PSH Case Manager
The PSH Case Manager is responsible for providing solution-focused, person-centered support to unhoused households who score at a Permanent Supportive Housing level during assessment at intake. This often includes assisting with housing search, attending frequent in-home case management meetings, and offering aftercare support services.
Client Educator
The position of Housing Client Educator will be to educate tenants on home maintenance, financial wellness, life skills, and complete SOAR applications when needed. The Housing Client Educator will work alongside case managers both in participant’s homes and in group settings at the Good Samaritan office to address common barriers for households to maintain their housing. This includes topics such as financial wellness, tenancy, and home maintenance skills.

This position ensures effective communication, logistical support, and coordination for partnership events, advisory meetings, and training sessions. By managing key administrative tasks—such as digital permission slips, student tracking, and Hub logistics—the coordinator helps maintain seamless program operations. With a heart for serving the community, this role also provides a welcoming presence at the office, supports visitors, and assists with general inquiries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about advancing Hand2Hand’s mission to serve students with excellence.
Delivery & Food Operations Associate
This role is responsible for the transportation and delivery of food and supplies to support Hand2Hand’s mission and operational needs. In addition to safe and professional driving, the position assists with logistics coordination and transportation scheduling to ensure timely, efficient distribution across our network. As a front-facing representative of Hand2Hand, this individual regularly interacts with partners, vendors, schools, and sometimes students—playing a key role in building trust, fostering relationships, and upholding the organization’s values in every interaction. The associate is also cross-trained to support the Food Operations team with warehouse tasks such as order fulfillment, inventory movement, and packing event preparation. This flexible, hands-on role is vital in ensuring food moves smoothly through our system and into the hands of students who need it most.

The Harbor Kids Coordinator will help people find their way back to God by providing leadership to Harbor Kids Volunteers, overseeing Harbor Kids and communicating with parents on the Harbor Life Campus.

The Lead Pastor of Teaching, along with the council, supports the spiritual welfare, growth, and life of Haven. The Pastor of Teaching is the Lead Pastor and serves as the primary teacher and provides pastoral care to members and advice to council.

This full-time position combines ministry with youth and young adults, programming leadership, community witness, worship leadership, and pastoral care. The mission of Hope Church aims to nurture relationships and faith formation across generations, integrating those who are established within the life of Hope Church and those who are exploring their place within the Christian faith. The Associate Pastor reports to Pastor Gordon Wiersma and Pastor Gretchen Schoon Tanis.
Director of Worship - (Bi-lingual)
The Worship Leader is a part-time (1 yr. contract) position tasked with planning, preparing for, and leading a weekly modern bi-lingual worship service that connects with the congregation, promotes authentic worship, and proclaims the uncompromised message of the Gospel.
Neighborhood Chaplain
To nurture Maranatha’s relationship with its neighborhood in order to (a) help the congregation know and be better known in the neighborhood, (b) identify ways to demonstrate the love of Jesus to those in the neighborhood, (c) “earn the right” to share the good news about Jesus with those in the neighborhood, and (d) foster a culture within Maranatha that equips members to be even better neighbors wherever they live.
Mentors/Guides
Mentors are the lifeblood of the ministry. They are the “on the ground troops” discipling the students. As such, they must be people of absolute integrity committed to the cause of seeing the lost come to Christ and leading students to become honorable citizens in society. Our Mentors are required to spend 2-4 hours, each week with their students; discipling no more than 6 students maximum. Some Mentors may choose to mentor 1 student and others have time to mentor multiple students. It is estimated that a Mentor will spend an additional hour each week, per student, in travel and reporting. Included in this reporting time will be a weekly meeting with a MentorMe of West Michigan Guide to receive encouragement, support, and prayer. For their work, Mentors will be paid $22.50 per hour as compensation for their mentoring. Mentors will also receive a stipend of $10 per student, each week for auto and entertainment expenses used in conjunction with the ministry. An additional stipend of $100/month will be provided for health insurance to mentors discipling 4-5 students and an additional $200/month for those discipling 6 students. Since it is a scriptural truth that we pour out of our hearts what we put into them, Mentors are required to spend a minimum of 5 hours per week in spiritual development. This time should include personal and corporate devotional time, including being an active part of a church fellowship as well as attending at least 2 other weekly group meetings that focus on strengthening our walk with Christ.
Kid's Director
The purpose of the Pillar Kids Director is to generate, develop, and implement infant to 5th grade ministries at Pillar Church in ways that extend and realize the mission of Pillar. The Pillar Kids Director primarily functions as the visionary, mobilizing and empowering leader of the ministry.
Worship Director
Provides leadership in creating, coordinating, and leading creative, authentic and God-glorifying worship experiences. Equips and collaborates with volunteers and staff to make the vision for worship a reality.
Family Advocate - PT/FT
The Family Advocate position is unique in the description since one will be working with the teen in a one-on-one setting at the school and also working with the family as a whole. The family advocate is a paid position. Hours are flexible, individual must be self-motivated and organized. The goal of the Family Advocate is to further the mission of Remembrance Ranch by providing quality mentoring, mental health care, and support to youth campers and their families in the months after their summer camp experience; seek opportunities for significant spiritual impact and growth for teens and their families; to partner with program staff in leadership and supervision to help devise effective solutions for any issues families may be experiencing; to welcome teens and their families each year and empower them as members of the Remembrance Ranch Family; to assist with any behavior support issues and to interact with other families within our philosophy of intentional programming. Qualifications: • Strong, maturing faith in and relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior • Passion for the Remembrance Ranch mission of being a ministry through which God is transforming lives into the image of Christ • Must have a teachable attitude and a willingness to learn • Must hold a current and valid driver’s license • Must pass MSP ICHAT background check • Must pass the Central Registry for Abuse and Neglect search • Must be at least 21 years old • A minimum or Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Social Work or Psychology preferred • Possess basic computer skills • Have good communication skills • A desire to work with teens and families Essential functions: • Be able to identify emergency situations, as they may arise in a home. • Possess the flexibility in schedule to reschedule and connect with families and teens during their respective months • Adhere to documentation procedures • Family Advocate is deemed a mandated reporter • Possess the ability to assist in removing any obstacles from a teen's pathway to success as defined by the family’s goal plan. • If attending camp: Be able to demonstrate or participate in camp activities as they supervise and instruct campers: this will require the ability to walk, sit, climb, kneel, crouch, stoop, and stand. quality of all client services and helping to bring awareness through community relations and fundraising. The Family Services Manager will work in the community to promote the education programming offered at Positive Options as well as gather community resources available to clients. The Family Services Manager will work alongside churches, especially Spanish-speaking churches, to promote interaction with our clients. Elementary Coordinator - PT

Custodian
The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the church property. This is to be done on a consistent schedule for daily, monthly, and annual tasks. The Custodian is responsible for setting up and taking down furniture according to building use throughout the week.
