The Director of Middle Student Ministries is a key leader for helping Beechwood to realize its vision to “reach the next generation with the gospel.”

This residency is built to help individuals clarify their calling, grow in character and competence, and prepare for long-term vocational ministry—whether at Central Church, within the Water’s Edge Network, or beyond.

Residency length ranges from 1 to 3 years, depending on calling, ministry track, development pace, and mutual discernment between the resident and leadership.

The Ministry Internship is designed to provide individuals with early exposure to ministry life through guided learning, hands-on experiences, and intentional mentoring. This role is exploratory in nature—ideal for those discerning a call to ministry, seeking to develop spiritual gifts, and learning how local church ministry functions day to day.

Interns will serve alongside ministry leaders in a variety of areas while gaining a broad perspective of church life, spiritual leadership, and pastoral care.

The Chapel Music Director (MD) is responsible for the overall flow of the Chapel service at Central, including music selection and arrangement, worship service planning, scheduling musicians (choir, orchestra, band, vocals), organizing and leading rehearsals and leading worship for the Chapel service in a multi-venue setting. Includes Sundays and special services as scheduled. The Chapel MD works in tandem with musicians, pastors, technicians, and administrative team/staff to execute a traditional/blended worship style including hymns new and old, choruses recent and current, and development of musical and liturgical skill to ensure an excellent worship venue experience as we continue on our mission to help people flourish in their Kingdom calling.

The Wednesday Night Middle School Ministry Coordinator supports the Student Ministries Director by implementing a welcoming and spiritually meaningful midweek ministry for middle school students. This role serves as the Director’s hands and feet on the ground, translating vision and weekly plans into a well-organized Wednesday night experience. It is primarily an implementation and coordination role, not a teaching position. Most hours are worked on Wednesdays.

The Director of Ministry Operations is a key organizational leader at Community Church of Douglas, responsible for turning vision and decisions into coordinated action to further the mission of the church and ultimately the Kingdom of God. Working closely with the Lead Pastor and Director of Campus Operations, the Director of Ministry Operations serves as the organizational quarterback of the church, owning administrative systems, church-wide communications, project coordination, event administration, and organizational follow-through.

This part-time position is responsible for providing vision, leadership, recruiting, equipping, teaching, structure and oversight to CLC’s Middle School Ministry (6th – 8th grade). The success of the ministry is predicated on having a core of committed, passionate, equipped volunteer leaders. The Director of Middle School Ministry will discern and develop a plan that aligns with the overall mission, vision, values, and strategy of CLC.

The pastor serves Christ by equipping Drenthe CRC to fulfill Christ's mission in the community
of Drenthe. This is a full-time position requiring 40 to 50 hours per week, and the pastoral call is continuous until another pastorate is accepted. The pastor is called by the congregation, accountable to council generally and to the elders directly, and works closely alongside elders, deacons, and other ministry leaders. We are seeking a Students Program Assistant to keep our department organized, focused, and excellent in the execution of all programming needs. The Gateway Mission Internship Program provides students and emerging professionals with meaningful, firsthand experience in a nonprofit ministry environment. Interns collaborate with experienced leaders, contribute to departmental projects, and gain practical skills while supporting Gateway Mission’s mission of transforming lives through Christ-centered care.

Part-time (Unpaid). The Human Resources Intern gains hands-on experience in a non-profit ministry setting while supporting the Human Resources team. This role is designed to develop practical HR skills, gain an understanding of the core HR functions, and contribute to departmental projects aligned with Gateway Mission’s strategic goals.

Part-time (2 positions). The Assistant supports the Lead Teacher in caring for children from a diverse background including trauma, poverty, and homelessness; demonstrating both compassion and understanding.

Full-time. The Retail Associate supports the retail operations by working in various departments as assigned.

Grant Me Hope prefers a married, Christian couple who will work as a team for this position, but single Christian men will also be considered for our home for young men.

The Grant Me Hope Homes Administrator should be a person of faith with a varying degree
of administrative experience and the ability to handle multiple tasks – some experience
could include business management, human resources, social work, among other things.
A degree is not required, but several years of quality administrative experience is
necessary.

The Student Ministries Director helps provide for the spiritual guidance and growth of Haven youth - 6th grade through high school - through fellowship, discipleship, prayer, and service.

Primary responsibilities of the Worship Coordinator position will be to work with the Pastor(s) to
develop a Spirit filled worship which helps fulfill our Mission Statement and grows the worship
experience at MRC.

The Facility Administrator will provide a welcoming, well-maintained space for church

The Nurse Manager provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the medical department, ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff support, and effective medical services across all four locations. The Worship Arts Director will be responsible for faithfully executing the BLVD’s in-person and online worship experiences with excellence for our faith community both near and far. This person will work closely with the lead pastor to receive vision and direction for each worship service and lead the volunteer team in that direction. The Worship Arts Director must be a visionary and a creative leader who has an ability to communicate that inspires people around them to join in the pursuit of the greater vision to discover God’s love with their neighbors.

The Worship Director is responsible for planning and leading the corporate worship gatherings of the church, with a particular focus on the liturgical and musical aspects of worship.

This position is primarily in-office, though some flexibility is available. Regular in-person responsibilities include, but are not limited to, one evening rehearsal during the week, Sunday morning rehearsals, and Sunday worship gathering.

The YoungLives coordinator serves, in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures established by mission leadership, to develop and sustain YoungLives ministries in the respective areas.
