Audio, Visual, and Lighting Technician (P/T - 7 hours/week)

Live In Home Supervisor
The Home Supervisor provides live-in, full-time care for six individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in a Christian home environment that encourages optimal personal growth and independence.
The Supervisor oversees all aspects of the home including daily activities, meals, personal hygiene, medications, transportation, resident participation in household chores, and the scheduling of Relief Staff.
Activities Coordinator
The Activities Coordinator (AC) for Brothers & Sisters Homes (BSH) will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of the daytime activity opportunities for the men and women of BSH. All activities should be guided by the Vision of BSH which states: [We] aim to cultivate a distinctly supportive Christian environment where residents can thrive and grow as individuals while establishing meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with housemates, neighbors, and the broader community.

Piano/Keyboard
Central Wesleyan Church-Northside
Northside Church in Holland, Michigan is seeking a qualified Part-Time Piano/Keyboard Accompanist to support the music ministry of the church. The accompanist will work closely with the Lead Pastor and other musicians to accompany congregational singing.
This role requires a weekly commitment of 12–15 hours, including service, rehearsal, and individual preparation.

Childcare Assistant
Part-time/Full-time (3 positions). The Assistant supports the Lead Teacher to care for, teach, and minister to the children who are living at the Center. Caring for children from a diverse background including trauma, poverty, and homelessness requires both compassion and understanding.
Guest Advocate
Part-time (16 hours/week). The Guest Advocate meets with guests to give guidance to help set goals to resolve their homelessness.
Residential Supervisor-Women/Men
Full-time/Part-time (2nd shift). The Residential Supervisor offers care, the love of Christ, and a safe, welcoming environment to residential guests at Gateway Women’s Center.
Community Life Advisor
Full-time. The Community Life Advisor provides guidance and accountability to students as well as encourages Christ honoring relationships among all students.
Director of Development
The Director of Development plays a key leadership role in advancing Hand2Hand’s mission by building and executing a strategic fundraising plan. This role focuses on growing financial support, nurturing donor relationships, and expanding community engagement. Lead Pastor of Teaching
The Lead Pastor of Teaching, along with the council, supports the spiritual welfare, growth, and life of Haven. The Pastor of Teaching is the Lead Pastor and serves as the primary teacher and provides pastoral care to members and advice to council.
Director of Worship - (Bi-lingual)
The Worship Leader is a part-time (1 yr. contract) position tasked with planning, preparing for, and leading a weekly modern bi-lingual worship service that connects with the congregation, promotes authentic worship, and proclaims the uncompromised message of the Gospel.
Mentors/Guides
Mentors are the lifeblood of the ministry. They are the “on the ground troops” discipling the students. As such, they must be people of absolute integrity committed to the cause of seeing the lost come to Christ and leading students to become honorable citizens in society.
Our Mentors are required to spend 2-4 hours, each week with their students; discipling no more than 6 students maximum. Some Mentors may choose to mentor 1 student and others have time to mentor multiple students. It is estimated that a Mentor will spend an additional hour each week, per student, in travel and reporting. Included in this reporting time will be a weekly meeting with a MentorMe of West Michigan Guide to receive encouragement, support, and prayer.

Program Manager

Custodian
The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the church property. This is to be done on a consistent schedule for daily, monthly, and annual tasks. The Custodian is responsible for setting up and taking down furniture according to building use throughout the week.
