Movement West Michigan provides collaborative project management to efforts that seek to strengthen families.

Fatherhood
In partnership with the Ottawa County Fatherhood Coalition, guiding efforts to empower thriving fatherhood: increasing opportunities for father engagement and improving the "father friendliness" of family-serving organizations.

Project HOME
Supporting the community-wide effort to ramp up responses to unsheltered homelessness.
Movement West Michigan serves on the Project HOME day center implementation team, liaises to local churches on the project, and provides support to two core initiatives of Project HOME: Good Samaritan's Housing Stabilization Program and Family Promise of the Lakeshore's emergency family shelter.

West Michigan Welcome Plan
A collaborative of over 50 businesses, non-profits, school districts and government bodies, The West Michigan Welcome Plan exists to foster belonging and opportunity for New Americans in Kent & Ottawa counties. Movement West Michigan serves as co-chairs of one of the 7 workgroups, strategically working towards building stronger partnerships towards annual goals for welcoming immigrants in our community.
