Under the general direction and supervision of the Home Supervisor, Resident Support Staff will provide support services for up to six adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a Christian home environment. Resident Support Staff will demonstrate respect for and to all residents while providing support for and/or facilitating daily activities, meals, personal hygiene, medication dispensing, education, or job-related activities.

The Activities Coordinator (AC) for Brothers & Sisters Homes (BSH) will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of the daytime activity opportunities for the men and women of BSH.

The Home Supervisor provides live-in, full-time care for six individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in a Christian home environment that encourages optimal personal growth and
independence. The Supervisor oversees all aspects of the home including daily activities, meals, personal hygiene, medications, transportation, resident participation in household chores, and the scheduling of Relief Staff.

To lead, manage, and oversee Calvary’s multi-faceted program of congregational care, ensuring that all who are connected with Calvary are known, supported, and connected through a network of trained and empowered volunteers – in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Calvary Church.

Position Summary: Cleaning and vacuuming, Room setups and teardowns, Saturday’s 2 p.m.- 6 p.m.

The Central Church / Water’s Edge Residency is a hands-on ministry experience designed to develop the next generation of healthy, skilled, and spiritually grounded leaders for the local church. Residents serve alongside experienced ministry leaders while receiving intentional coaching, leadership development, and spiritual formation.

This residency is built to help individuals clarify their calling, grow in character and competence, and prepare for long-term vocational ministry—whether at Central Church, within the Water’s Edge Network, or beyond.

Residency length ranges from 1 to 3 years, depending on calling, ministry track, development pace, and mutual discernment between the resident and leadership.

The Ministry Internship is designed to provide individuals with early exposure to ministry life through guided learning, hands-on experiences, and intentional mentoring. This role is exploratory in nature—ideal for those discerning a call to ministry, seeking to develop spiritual gifts, and learning how local church ministry functions day to day.

Interns will serve alongside ministry leaders in a variety of areas while gaining a broad perspective of church life, spiritual leadership, and pastoral care.

The Chapel Music Director (MD) is responsible for the overall flow of the Chapel service at Central, including music selection and arrangement, worship service planning, scheduling musicians (choir, orchestra, band, vocals), organizing and leading rehearsals and leading worship for the Chapel service in a multi-venue setting. Includes Sundays and special services as scheduled. The Chapel MD works in tandem with musicians, pastors, technicians, and administrative team/staff to execute a traditional/blended worship style including hymns new and old, choruses recent and current, and development of musical and liturgical skill to ensure an excellent worship venue experience as we continue on our mission to help people flourish in their Kingdom calling.

Leading Preschool and Playland Coaches/volunteer Daymakers as they serve young families at Central and in our community.

The Chapel Coordinator is responsible for the arranging and production of the Chapel service at Central Church. Chapel is one of our multi-venue expressions at Central that features a choir, orchestra, various instrumental and vocal ensembles, and multi-media. This is a very detail oriented role that oversees the coordination of schedules, distribution of music, communicating, and coordination of worship elements for a team of 100+ volunteers within the scope of the Worship Arts ministry at Central. The Chapel Coordinator works primarily with the Chapel Music Director (MD) and the Chapel Lead Team to ensure the smooth execution of the Sunday Chapel service.

Childcare Support Staff Position Overview: Childcare Workers create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children while their parents or caregivers participate in Central Church programs and events. This role helps families feel cared for by providing dependable supervision and helping each child feel known, included, and valued.

Engedi Students exists to advance the kingdom revolution of Jesus worldwide. In particular, this person will work to create an engaging and effective guest experience system.

The Office Coordinator serves is the primary administrative support professional for Gateway Mission, overseeing front office operations, executive and board support, and organizational communications. This role serves as a key connector across departments and helps maintain operational excellence while advancing Gateway Mission's mission and ministry.

The Gateway Mission Internship Program provides students and emerging professionals with meaningful, firsthand experience in a nonprofit ministry environment. Interns collaborate with experienced leaders, contribute to departmental projects, and gain practical skills while supporting Gateway Mission’s mission of transforming lives through Christ-centered care.

Part-time (Unpaid). The Human Resources Intern gains hands-on experience in a non-profit ministry setting while supporting the Human Resources team. This role is designed to develop practical HR skills, gain an understanding of the core HR functions, and contribute to departmental projects aligned with Gateway Mission’s strategic goals.

Full-time/Part-time. The Assistant supports the Lead Teacher to care for, teach, and minister to the children who are living at the Center. Caring for children from a diverse background including trauma, poverty, and homelessness requires both compassion and understanding.

Full-time. The Retail Associate supports the retail operations by working in various departments as assigned.

Full-time. The Residential Supervisor provides excellent hospitality while practicing effective charity principles, where daily needs for food and shelter are met and opportunities for change are offered.

Full-time. The Assistant Food Service Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Food Services Department. Working under the direction of the Food Service Director, this position leads daily kitchen operations while actively participating in food preparation, supervising employees, volunteers, and guests assigned to kitchen workstations, and ensuring meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Grant Me Hope prefers a married, Christian couple who will work as a team for this position, but single Christian men will also be considered for our home for young men.

The Grant Me Hope Homes Administrator should be a person of faith with a varying degree
of administrative experience and the ability to handle multiple tasks – some experience
could include business management, human resources, social work, among other things.
A degree is not required, but several years of quality administrative experience is
necessary.

The Nurse Manager provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the medical department, ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, staff support, and effective medical services across all four locations. The Donations Manager is responsible for assisting with Lakeshore Pregnancy Center’s (LPC) resource development, fundraising and communications efforts. The primary objective of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the development department, with a focus on effective database management and reporting, donor stewardship efforts (acknowledgements, printed material inventory, prep materials for donor meetings), office and fundraising support. As necessary, the Donations Manager will assist in the recruitment and monitoring of volunteers to help with department efforts.

The Client Advocate promotes and provides exceptional care to expectant parents by offering clear options information, supportive guidance, and referrals to parenting and community resources. This role includes regular outreach to referral partners and steady encouragement for those navigating pregnancy decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a relational, high-touch environment—building trust quickly, adapting to new situations, and finding thoughtful solutions while upholding Positive Options’ best practices.

The Worship Director is responsible for planning and leading the corporate worship gatherings of the church, with a particular focus on the liturgical and musical aspects of worship.



This position is primarily in-office, though some flexibility is available. Regular in-person responsibilities include, but are not limited to, one evening rehearsal during the week, Sunday morning rehearsals, and Sunday worship gathering.
